Choose from ferrite, silicon steel, permalloy, nanocrystalline and more, matched to your operating frequency, loss target and cost budget.
2. Electrical parameters
Inductance value, number of turns, winding methods, insulation grades, potting and impregnation processes are fully customizable. Contact us to confirm feasibility for special requirements.
3. Color, encapsulation and terminal finish
Coatings, encapsulation materials and terminal finishes are available in black, gray, blue, green and other colors, fully customizable to your preference.
4. Size and shape
Transformers, inductors and other magnetic components can be produced in any size and shape — from standard circular and rectangular forms to custom profiles designed around your PCB layout.
5. Marking
Laser engraving, silk-screen printing, hot stamping and custom labels are available to carry your brand logo, part numbers or specifications.
6. Packaging
Anti-static bags, trays and branded cartons are available; custom packaging can be arranged even for small orders (minimum order quantity applies).
Custom process
Requirement and specification confirmation (electrical parameters, operating environment, mechanical constraints) → material selection and design with drawings and quotation → free samples and verification → pilot run to confirm process stability → mass production with 100% inspection → delivery and after-sales follow-up. Quotations for standard orders are issued within 1-3 working days.
Lead time, warranty and technical support
- Sample orders: typically 7-10 working days;
- Bulk orders: about 25-30 working days, subject to order specifications;
- Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery; contact us at any time within the warranty period;
- Our in-house laboratory enables fast verification and failure analysis.
